Called by Postmark for Bounce, SpamComplaint, Delivery and SubscriptionChange events. Authenticated by HTTP basic auth (user `postmark`, password `GUV_POSTMARK_WEBHOOK_SECRET`); deduplicated by the Postmark record instead of `Idempotency-Key`. A hard bounce or spam complaint suppresses further mail to the address.
