**Development login is turned off.** The passwordless development login only exists on a local `guvd` started with `GUV_DEV_LOGIN=true`. Real Guv never offers it.

- **HTTP status:** `404 Not Found`
- **CLI exit code:** `1` (not signed in)
- **Retry:** not as it is; the same request will fail the same way until the cause is fixed

## How to fix it

Set GUV_DEV_LOGIN=true on a development server only.
