The AI operations kill switch is on; agents are read-only. Guv’s AI operations have been paused by a human operator, so automated actions are on hold. Your running apps are not affected and keep serving.

HTTP status: 403 Forbidden
CLI exit code: 3 (forbidden or denied by policy)
Retry: not as it is; the same request will fail the same way until the cause is fixed

How to fix it

A human must make this change, or a platform admin must turn the kill switch off.
