The sign-in or approval challenge has expired. Sign-in and approval challenges last five minutes so that an old one cannot be replayed. This one has run out.

HTTP status: 400 Bad Request
CLI exit code: 2 (the request or file is not valid)
Retry: not as it is; the same request will fail the same way until the cause is fixed

Start again; challenges last five minutes.
