POST /v1/integrations/postmark/webhook

Called by Postmark for Bounce, SpamComplaint, Delivery and SubscriptionChange events. Authenticated by HTTP basic auth (user postmark, password GUV_POSTMARK_WEBHOOK_SECRET); deduplicated by the Postmark record instead of Idempotency-Key. A hard bounce or spam complaint suppresses further mail to the address.
